Return Policy:

We thoroughly inspect and cross-check each product before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. In the event that a return or exchange is needed, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Eligible for Return:

– Items must be returned in their original packaging.
– The item should be in like-new condition with all tags attached.
– Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
– Custom-designed or custom-sized items are not returnable unless there is a quality issue or the item does not match the picture shown.

Not Eligible for Return:

– Custom-made items and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, alterations can be requested for a nominal fee ranging from $50 to $100, depending on the alteration.
– We cannot process refunds or exchanges for orders placed with specific sizes and colors. Please refer to our size charts on our website for accurate measurements. If you have size concerns, contact us at info@royalstyliste.com before placing your order.
– Worn or altered items are not eligible for return. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us before returning or exchanging.
– We do not accept returns for multiple items purchased in a single order to prevent resale practices and discourage trial orders.

Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order:

– Confirm cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 5% deduction from the total amount.
– Confirm cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 25% deduction from the total amount.
– Cancellations requested within 5 days will incur a 50% deduction from the total amount.
– Cancellations cannot be processed after 5 days from order confirmation.

Each returned product is inspected by our quality control team to ensure it matches the original order.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement at our expense.

– Email address used for the order

Refunds:

– Refunds are processed if delivery exceeds 30 days from payment confirmation.
– If the consignment does not arrive within 6 working days after express shipping, request an order tracking code.
– If we cannot confirm dispatch to the provided address, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed after inspecting the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable and a $99.99 restocking fee will be applied to returns.
