At ROYAL STYLISTE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You do not receive your order within 30 business days from the shipping date

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or tailored jackets (unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications
  • Wrong size orders due to customer measurement errors (however, we may offer store credit or paid alteration options)

2. Timeframe for Requests

You must submit your refund request within:

  • 7 days of receiving your item (for damaged/incorrect products)
  • 30 days after shipment (if your package is lost/not delivered)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at info@royalstyliste.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for refund request
  3. Photos or video evidence (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, ROYAL STYLISTE will cover return shipping costs.
  • For other approved refund cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or store credit may be provided upon request.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, if production has already started (for custom orders), only partial refunds or store credit may be offered.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • Then contact us at info@royalstyliste.com with your refund reference
