At ROYAL STYLISTE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure every product meets our high standards before it reaches you. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or exchange is necessary. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below.


Return Policy

Each product is carefully checked and quality-assured before shipping. Since we serve customers worldwide, attention to detail is extremely important. In the event you wish to return or exchange an item, the following conditions apply:

Eligible for Return:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products should be unused, in new condition, with all tags attached.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee.
  • Custom designs or made-to-measure jackets are non-returnable, unless the item is defective or not as described.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom-made products and special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, alterations can be arranged for a small fee (usually between $15–$40, depending on the adjustment required).
  • Orders placed according to the buyer’s chosen size and color cannot be returned or refunded if the size issue is due to incorrect selection. A detailed size guide is available on our website, and we encourage customers to reach out to us at info@royalstyliste.com for sizing assistance before placing an order.
  • Worn, used, or altered products are not returnable. Please inspect your jacket upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted for bulk orders of multiple products placed together. This policy prevents misuse of orders for trial and resale purposes.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests are subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 5% of the order amount will be deducted.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: 25% deduction will apply.
  • Cancellation within 5 days: 50% deduction will apply.
  • After 5 days, cancellations are not accepted.

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please notify us via email with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receipt.


How to Return

To request a return or exchange, email us at info@royalstyliste.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used when placing the order

Our support team will respond within 48 working hours with the next steps.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from confirmed payment.
  • If your shipment does not arrive within 6 working days of dispatch via express shipping, you may request a tracking code.
  • If we cannot provide proof of dispatch to your address, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.

Refund & Processing

  • All returns are inspected by our quality control team.
  • Refunds will be processed immediately once the return is approved.
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A $30 restocking fee will be deducted for all returns.
